Answers
- What is Spark?
A Spark is a unique way to share your memories and passions with friends, family, and the world! Sparks contain photos, music, videos, text, and more. Each Spark is displayed like a moving collage, created and customized by you!
- How do I create a Spark?
Creating a Spark is easy. First, you need to login. Then press the big “Create Spark” button under the My Sparks tab. Next, add some photos to your Spark from your online photo albums, Flickr, or Photobucket. Lastly, finish it off with some other elements like music, videos, text, or graphics. Press “Publish” and you’re done.
- How many Sparks can I create?
You can create as many Sparks as you want! You can also go back and edit any of your existing Sparks at any time.
- Can I make an anonymous Spark?
Yes. When you create a Spark, just check the “Public & Anonymous” option under the “Privacy” section. No one will be able to see that you are the creator of the Spark, but you will still be able to edit and manage the Spark. Please be advised that creating a Spark, anonymous or otherwise, that contains inappropriate content is grounds for account deletion.
- How can I share a Spark only with my friends?
You can share a Spark with friends or specific individuals (and not with the entire world) in a number of ways:
- Create a private Spark and email the link only to friends
- Create a Spark, lock it with a password, and share the password with your friends (coming soon)
- Create a private Spark and share it with friends on MySpace and Facebook (coming soon)
- How do I report harassment or threats? What can I do about it?
If you feel you and/or someone you know are in danger, contact a law enforcement agency immediately.
If someone is harassing you, please contact customer support. Please be sure to include as much information as possible about the situation. You can also delete any comments people leave on your Sparks.
